How would I create a Workshop Campaign?
Answer
You may wish to create campaigns for use within the workshop, these can be set up to be used seasonally or for a set period of time.
In order to set one up you will need to go to CRM > Parameters > Aftersales Parameters and click on the campaigns tab.
Then click Add
This will bring a pop up up which then allows you to set up your campaign in the manner you would like.
You will need to give the Campaign a name, choose a make of vehicle (these options are taken from the vehicle price list).
You can choose to tick the seasonal box this will mean that you can then choose which months the campaign will be available for, or you can set a start and end date if this will be a one time use campaign.
