How do I view customer map from saved selections?
Answer
When viewing saved selections, if the selection is Customer based and has less than 1000
records, a ‘Map’ button is displayed which if clicked will display the location of the selected
customers on a map. It is possible to zoom in to the map and click the pin to drill into the
customer record.
If multiple records exist within close proximity to one another, they will displayed on the map
in a cluster, hovering over the cluster will identify the number of records within that group of
customers. Zooming into the map will display the individual customers as placement pins
which can then be clicked to drill to the customer record.
