How do I Download a Selection?
Answer
When viewing the results of a Saved Selection you have the option to download the list of results into a .csv Excel file.
Upon clicking the download button a pop up will appear.
If the selection has customer criteria in the search it will appear as below:
These options have been added to filter out customers based upon their marketing permissions set when updating their contact history, e.g the consent category could be used to select customers that allow marketing for campaigns and the contact method option would filter the customers further by their preferred contact method at that consent level.
The consent levels need to be set in the Data Protection parameters, detailed in the GDPR FAQ articles.
Conversely, you do not need to select an of these options and you can download the entire selection without these filters.
The contact preferences link will download a link to take the customer to the page where they can update the permissions themselves, this will only send through the emails or SMS messages.
Finally, the Preferences Updated Date will display when the customer's preferences were last updated.

You will just need to click the download button and this will open up the .csv file.
