How do I reopen a customer concern?

To re-open a concern, the user will need to view the CCI history from within the contact tab, and
select the relevant closed concern. This dialog now has an unrestricted Re-Open CCI button.
Once a user has re-opened the CCI, a contact history note is added under the user that has
re-opened the concern. The note also displays the user and date when the concern was
previously closed.
The concern can then be logged in the normal manner by adding today's contact details The CCI
can then be processed and closed when solved.
