How do I create a selections report for all Vehicles Purchased within a certain date range?
Answer
You can create a Selection to show all vehicles purchased within a specific date range by going to CRM > Selections > Search.
Click into the 'Choose Fields To Search box' and select the 'Present Vehicle' field. From the list, double click into 'Customer Purchase Date', this will then pull that field to the right hand side. From here you can specify the criteria to search for. Single click on it and select 'Between' from the top dropdown. Then, you will be able to specify the date range that you need, in the first box select the date from and in the second box select the date to.
In the Company Structure box you are able to select which level you would like to create the report at.
Then, you will need to click 'Accept'.
In the 'Choose Fields To Display' box, you can select the fields that you want to show when you have created the Selection report. To select these, click into the box and choose the fields that you would like to show on the report from the expanding lists. You can choose as many of these fields as you need.
Once you have chose these fields, click 'Accept'
Then, click search and your Selections Report will be created.
You can 'Print', or 'Save' the results which will allow you to download them onto a spreadsheet.
