How do I transfer a contact from one salesperson to another via their CRM record?
Answer
To transfer a contact from one salesperson to another you will need to go to CRM > Enquiry and search the customer you want to transfer. Once you are in the customer's CRM record, select the ‘Contact’ tab from the top and you should be able to see the following screen:
Double click into the future contact line (located in the red box above). This will then bring up the following screen:
You will be able to select into the user and search for the salesperson who you want to transfer the customer to. Once you have searched for the new user click save and the contact will now be transferred to the new salesperson.
