How do I create a Selections Report for all Vehicles that have a Last Service date within a certain date range?

Answer

You can create a Selection to show all Vehicles that have had a Last Service Date within a certian date range by going to CRM > Selections > Search.

Click into the 'Choose Fields To Search box' and select the 'Vehicle Service Details' field. From the list, double click into 'Last Service Date', this will then pull that field to the right hand side. From here you can specify the criteria to search for. Single click on it and select 'Between' from the top dropdown. Then, you will be able to specify the date range that you need, in the first box select the date from and in the second box select the date to.

In the Company Structure box, you can select the level that you would like this Report to be ran at. 

After you have selected this, click 'Accept'.

In the 'Choose Fields To Display' box, you can select the fields that you would like to show on the Report, this way you can tailor the information that shows to your own needs. Click into the expanding lists and you can select any of these options to show on the Selection Report.The order which you chose these options in are the order that they will display in on the report. You can select as many of these options as you would like. 

Then, you need to click 'Accept'.

After this, click 'Search' and your Selection Report will have been created. 

At the bottom, you have the options to 'Print' the report or 'Save' the report - by saving the report you will be able to open this report in the future, and download it into an Excel file.
