Question

Personalised videos are being sent to customers but they are not receiving the email, what could be causing this?

Answer

This may be caused by your site not having a personalised email set within CRM > Parameters > Communications > Emails the content tab and choosing Personalised Video from the drop down

This will need to be added by adding an HTML email by clicking add on the following screen

 The HTML email will need to be created by selecting Add.
