The spend map will display the dealerships location, along with different coloured pins for individual sales ledger accounts that have a postcodes set against them within the sales ledger.
A month, year and type of sale can be selected.
If nothing is selected it will default to the current month and year.
Selecting 'generate' will display the report.
By hovering, the mouse over a pin will display account information, for the date chosen, including;
- Account Name
- Account code
- Account type
- Total sales
- Total cost (of sales)
- Total profit
- Total Margin
- Department Margin
- Margin Difference
If you double click a pin it will open the chosen Sales ledger account enquiry screen.
An account with the parts price set to 'Cost' will not be displayed.
