How do I turn on/off vehicle registrations in the Aftersales Diary?
Answer
Within CRM > Aftersales Diary you will may see registrations or you may not:
Showing Registrations -

Without Registrations -

What determines this is in CRM > Parameters > Aftersales Parameters > General:
On the right hand side of the screen you will see under the header 'Other', 'Aftersales Diary Customer Focused'.

If this is ticked you will only see customer information.
If this is not ticked you will see customer and vehicle information.
