How do I associate a customer to another CRM record? i.e a Husband and Wife

Answer

To associate another customer to a CRM record, go to the record in CRM > Enquiry and to the Customer Tab. In here click Amend at the bottom of the screen and then click into the Association box:

Once in here you will need to search for an existing customer, or create a new customer using the usual process.

Double click to select the customer to associate and this will populate the pop up as below:

In here you can tick to use the associated record's address for letter correspondence and once ready, click Accept.

Then on the customer tab, click save to save the changes made to the record.

The selected customer is now associated to the CRM record. These records will now not flag for deduplication against each other.
