How to work out which customer to contact from Owner, Driver, Keeper if there are multiple contacts?
Answer
Within the CRM Record - Vehicles Details tab there is a link for an Owner, Driver and Keeper of the Vehicle. If there are different customers for each the below describes which customer will be contacted for which event:
Aftersales Contacts sent through the system will automatically be addressed to the Driver of the vehicle.
Sales Contacts sent will automatically be addressed to the Owner of the vehicle.
