Question 

Every time a service interval is amended in CRM > Enquiry > Service Details > Service Interval, a pop up asking β€œDo you wish to use the next anniversary date or the calculated current contact date for service members?” will show. Which option should I use?

These options will have differing outcomes.

If you select current, this will keep the service due date to what it is currently set to.

 Selecting anniversary will recalculate the service due date to be in line with the changed service weeks. It will find the anniversary date that is closest to the weeks specific (e.g. 52 weeks= 1 year, 104 weeks= 2 years etc) then it will set this as the service due date, if there is no previous service on the vehicles β€œservice details” then it will use the registration date instead.
