Why is the 'Order' button missing when viewing a Vehicle Offer ?
Answer
This is because the CRM access level set for the user in the Administration module, is set lower than the Finance Calculator access level, in Finance parameters.
If the Vehicle Offer screen below displays without showing the 'Order' button, we need to find what the Finance Calculator access level is set to.
This setting can be found in CRM > Parameters > Finance, in the Finance Parameters tab, we can see this under the description 'Payment Calculator Access Level'.
This parameter will need lowering, or the user CRM access level will need raising in the Administration module.
